General Manager
Two-Year Contract Position
Proposed Starting Salary - $50,000/yr.

London Community Players, (LCP), owners of the Palace Theatre, is a not-for-profit registered charitable organization with a mandate to provide amateur community theatre in London and to create opportunities for those interested in the experience of live theatre.

Reporting to the Executive, Board of Directors, the incumbent will assume responsibility,
in collaboration with volunteers and staff, for program, business and financial management, relationship building within the community, marketing, revenue development and
strategic planning.

Qualifications: Previous paid and/or professional experience in a not-for-profit management /leadership position, preferably in the Arts; demonstrated experience in fundraising, grant writing, marketing and public relations activities; computer/interpersonal/organizational and consensus-building skills required
